Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using algoraj.online (the "Site") and the AlgoRaj software (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What AlgoRaj is

AlgoRaj is a software tool that lets you automate the execution of trading strategies through broker accounts that you own and authorise. AlgoRaj is not a broker, an exchange, or a SEBI-registered investment adviser, and it does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and of trading in the relevant markets, to use the Service.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the strategies you enable, the parameters you set, and all resulting orders and trades.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and broker access tokens.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, exchange rules, and your broker's terms.
• You are responsible for monitoring your positions. Automation can fail due to connectivity, broker downtime, API limits, or other factors outside our control.

4. No investment advice

Nothing on the Site or in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any educational content (including articles in our Learn section) is for general information only. You should consult a qualified, registered professional before making financial decisions.

5. Risk acknowledgement

Trading in securities, futures, and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital. See our Risk Disclaimer for details. You accept all risks arising from your use of the Service.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoRaj and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including losses caused by software errors, delays, or failed or duplicated orders.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to AlgoRaj and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
